Is it only me, or have others noticed a marked increase in the price of common building materials since last year. I was out at the hovel in the hills over Easter and prices for the likes of Mortero Seco, tile cement and that type of stuff seem to be way more expensive than last year. Angry

Not surprising, anything with cement has rocketed in price, same in UK. Some merchants in UK are asking 50% more for concrete blocks compared to last year.
