´True´Channels lost (Read 2050 times)

´True´Channels lost

A few days ago I noticed that I was unable to receive any of the ´True´ channels eg True Movies 1 and 2.  Does anyone know why this may have happened?  I am not receiving them through the internet but via my satellite dish and Sky box.

Hi Mrs E

    I have just had a look at my Sky box and True movies 1 at channel 321 and 2 at 322 are working fine. Just unplug your sky box and let it reboot and they should all return. Before you do have a quick look at your signal and make sure all bars are showing. The rain causes static and a reboot normally clears the gremlins. Smiley

Many thanks for the advice.  Actually the channels returned last night without us having to do anything.  But yes, perhaps that storm a few days ago had something to do with it. Mrs E
