Interesting place to visit in Tortosa is the museum.
The building itself is beautiful, and by the river.
It was formerly a slaughterhouse.
Opening hours at present, May 1st. to September 30 th.
Mon - Sat.  10 - 1.30.     5 - 8.
Sundays & Fiesta 11 - 1.30
