Worms for soil improvement

Hi
Does anyone know where I can buy worms for soil conditioning please?
There's a guy selling them on eBay.es but I wanted to check out prices locally. I'm not an angler so I have no idea if local bait shops stock them.
I'm in the Tortosa/Amposta area.

We used an open bottomed compost bin brought out with us from UK.  After a while we realised the developing black gold was full of red brandlings which found their own way into the bin.  Since moving house to another area, there are no brandlings but there is a large number of soldier flies which are just as welcome (their maggots do the munching).  Importing brandlings artificially though may not guarantee their long term ecosystem perhaps (??)

Fishing tackle shops won't sell them here - livebaiting with ANY live bait is illegal. Even worms beleive it or not!

Your best bet is to buy them from ebay and put htem in the bin yourself.

In the past, one of the things I found that really worked was to boil up a load of old fruit then bury it in the ground at least a foot down. Go back after a month or two and dig it up. It was full of worms. You need t boil a LOT of fruit htough.

Good luck.

All shops here that sell bait for fishing, sell worms and maggots.
Natural baits are allowed?
But not live bait, such as small fish, sqid etc. that are used to catch cat fish.
