I just spoke with my Catalan neighbour, who asked what type of roof are you talking about? Concrete, tejas, asphalt?   Also how soon do you need it doing.

Hi Cactus,

Firstly many thanks for your kind reply, I did not realise I had a reply to be honest hence the delay. My roof is tile, which is on a town house, the Turkish tiles as I know them, half round are the type on my roof. I think certainly some of the beams need replacing if not all. Typical 3 story town house in Santa Anna. I need a quote for replacing the roof.
