	That would be a "Marked" improvement Tony,I can never forget the year when the rows of "Low energy" white bulbs lit up the main drag!

	Don't know what happened to my previous post on this thread, I suppose that I must have upset someone. Anyway, I see that they have new lights in Els Reguers this year Rob. Wonder how they intend paying for those - by increasing the rates of the residents ?

Yep,good to see Reguers finally being recognised by the Big Boy Council wallers in Tortosa LOL Hope the Rates don't go up as at 13 Euros a month,one can hardly keep ones self in wine!

	Oh dear, censorship gone crazy as demented Santa still allowed to roam freely around the forum.
