Don't know what happened to my previous post on this thread, I suppose that I must have upset someone.  Anyway, I see that they have new lights in Els Reguers this year Rob.  Wonder how they intend paying for those - by increasing the rates of the residents ?

Yep,good to see Reguers finally being recognised by the Big Boy Council wallers in Tortosa LOL  Hope the Rates don't go up as at 13 Euros a month,one can hardly keep ones self in wine!    Wink
