Hi All our water pump for the house was recently stolen, i have obtained a replacement. which i would like to connect the outlet on the pump and the inlet are both 1" and it says only to screw plastic fittings in the pump. my question is will it be ok to fit !" to 15mm reducers to the pump as my connection from the cisterna is 15mm copper pipe with a braided flexible hose, and the connection to the house is also 15mm braided flexible hose.
Will it cause the pump to overheat or to over pressure.
