For the first time here I saw Red Leicester and Cheddar in blocks. I know you can get Cheddar pre-packed but this was from the cheese counter, cut to size.
Both available in Esclat in Tortosa.

Also available at Esclat in Mora la Nova at the cheese counter. Plus they have the Spanish raw milk blue cheese 'Cabrales' that they will cut to any size.
