Red Leicester cheese
For the first time here I saw Red Leicester and Cheddar in blocks. I know you can get Cheddar pre-packed but this was from the cheese counter, cut to size.
Both available in Esclat in Tortosa.

Good quality meat
Only recently came across this brand in SPAR (International in Santa Barbara).  A little more expensive but excellent quality.  Have used the stew pack beef and steak so far.

chili oil
chop chilies with scissors into a thick bottomed pan with a light flavoured oil, either cheap olive or sunflower. Heat slowly, then let cool and pop in a bottle or jar.
