I'm trying to figure out what the cheapest and best internet provider is - I use a lot of GB, due to working from home, and also need a fairly fast connection. What would you recommend and what's the approximate price? - I don't need TV channels or home-phone services.

Where do you live? There are lots of possibilities and different companies cover different areas so without knowing where it's impossible to say.

I switched from Telefonica to Del Internet. Monthly bill dropped from 55 to 42 then after 12 months it's now 27 a month.
Luckily I live in Deltebre and have unlimited high speed fibre optic, if only I could get my English charges to drop like this.
If you live in the campo they also do a radio version but I have no idea as to the quality of that.

I use Ebretic. I live way up in the mountains in Bitem. I can’t complain about unlimited 62mb and it’s cheap

Ebretic (via the company that does the alarm system) for me in Jesus.  Typically about 20Mbps in both directions - often considerably more uploading - for about 25 Euros a month plus one off installation fee including router for about 50 Euros.  A basic land line if you need it and it is in place for about 17 Euros a month.

We also use Ebretic ( now e-ports ). Have always provided good connection and also customer service.

They have two offices now, one in Tortosa and one in Roquetes.
