Here's an interesting one.. Not a restaurant yet but potentially..

A client of mine (Pakistani) is thinking of starting an Indian restaurant in Tortosa - it may be only takeaway to start with from his existing Kebab shop - but the quality will not be Kebab style Smiley

He has just bought a Nan oven for the bread as he wants to extend his business.

I said I would ask people what they thought and suggestions for what folk wanted.

Personally it's one of the few things I miss from the UK - a good Indian takeaway - we did have one a few years ago but it sadly didn't last.

So, what is your preference for Indian food?
I'll correlate the results and feed back to him.

Mine - Chicken Tikka Masala, Korma or Pasadna, Peshwari Nan and rice.

My personal favourite is a lobster madras. Second is a lamb rogan josh.
My least liked is a curry that’s covered in coconut cream and yogurt.
Keema nan. Mmmmmm

Nostalgia is not what it used to be...
