Has anybody travelled by any form of public transport from Reus airport to Tortosa??

You can catch the train/taxi/bus into Barcelona Sants station.  From there, you can catch the train into Tortosa....see timetable  www.renfe.es ; from Sants to Tortosa costs about 10 euros one way.

I think that I would get a taxi from Reus to either Port Aventura or Salou stations and get the train from there.

sorry....read it as you were coming into Barcelona el Prat.....no you could get a taxi or bus into Salou....the train station is right in the middle of town.

There is also a bus-connection from Reus to Tortosa (www.hife.es)

Why can you not get a taxi from Reus into Salou ?  There always seem to be several sitting outside the airport, so even if not for hire there must be someway of being able to order one.
