Not to get too political, (but is that not what forums are for?), is it better to be a big goat on a small mountain, or a small goat on a big mountain. As the article indicates, in Catalonia's case, I think the latter is better when it comes to resources.  Wink

One wonders if a 'Republic of Catalonia' would get all that European money that is paying to tar all the roads around here....

Ah well, I guess with the rain the last few days, the piccie on the top right of our screen can be proudly displayed again??  Wink

It seems to have upset the neighbouring provinces this water issue...  Roll Eyes
