How long does it take if you you use a gestor(is that the right spelling?) to put a UK car onto Spanish plates from start to finish. I hear that the one in Jesus speaks English and can do a good job. Anyone got any advice//views?

Yes I got the same result from JMC, it will cost around €1000-1500 to matriculate a trailer!! Why? 

Ever wondered why everything is so expensive in Spain, well its called protectionism, they don't want any foreign competition so they make the paperwork as difficult and expensive as possible so you will have to buy one of their trailers at inflated prices, France has the same procedure.

If you haven't got a Homologation certificate (no its not a swear word), equivalent to a UK certificate of conformity for you trailer you are wasting your time! 

Its no wonder so many brits drive round in UK cars that have been over here for more than six months, and have no road tax nor an MOT certificate and worse still No Insurance, not that I condone it!
