I got it from the page I posted: http://clientes.internet-tooway.com/
Go to this page, select English, put in your SAI which in your case is 400100044 and click on Login - you will see the graph.

This is the most recent monitoring screen.  I have no idea if the old ones still work properly as they have been superceded by this one.
