Everyone who lives in Spain on Finke heat your house with fireplace. I also heat the fireplace but it was upgraded a bit. In the old fireplace I installed a metal furnace. Put the regulator, to increase the efficiency of burned wood. Now the fireplace warms up stronger with less wood. When a strong wind thrust increases and all of the valve is almost completely closed. If flushing oak firewood then boot lasts all night. Additionally, I have failed in the fire tubes which convey the hot air to other rooms. So one fireplace works for several rooms. I'm from Ukraine, in Ukraine are widely used heating system solid fuel. Very popular now on solid fuel boilers. Since gas from Russia is constantly going up, then heating schools and other institutions transferred to solid fuel. Here in Spain the choice of these systems is very poor. You have to reinvent yourself! Wink

This is the oven I was in Ukraine. Round shape. Inside the pipe. Bottom cold air gets into the tube heats up and comes out on top. Works very effectively. The pipes I wore flexible pipe and played them in different rooms. The room warmed up very quickly. In Spain this is not met.
