And I bet that Ryan Air sized hand luggage with her hand poked in it is full of cakes and pies just in case she gets peckish before the next McDonalds

Are you sure it is HER navel?  I suspect she has got another person in there with her and is trying to avoid paying Mr O'Dreary an extra check-in charge/credit card charge etc etc.   Smiley
