Lakinoa classy restaurant been open about 8 months now. Slightly pricey but the service and food is flawless. Caseta de Formatge At the bottom of Sympatica near the nightclubs is the best resturant I have found in Tortosa. It is in the upper end of the market, but not as expensive as you might think. Two others to try in Tortosa I am surprised nobody has mentioned the Bar Sport for Tapas and basic food. It is clean, friendly and well priced. I eat there all the time and never had a bad exerience.
